yes sir,first shampoo then conditioner after.what kind of hair do you have,straight or curly?...if its curly comb it.and the greeen tea helps alot...it takes time,but it helps..the thing about balding for men is that its basically a thing called DHT that causes it,and since green tea is a good anti oxidant it cleans out alot of the DHT when taken consistently...you can either drink it or get the vitamins...oh also alot of B vitamins and Biotin is good for your hair

yeh i looked into the vitamins and etc, taking the daily recommended dosage everday. greentea im sure is pretty much just the equivalnet of vitamins, so ill cross that out. my shampoo is 2 in 1condition nd shampoo sorta deal, im assuming thats safe as well.

and straight hair is what i gots.

that 2 in one conditioner stuff is bullshit,you need to look around cause somethings can be too strong for your hair and fuck it up

yo if you want to keep your hair its what you have to do,unless you were born with amazing genetics.if its too strong for your hair youll notice it by being too dry and/or hair falling out more than usual.

If its generalised thinning, and receding from the front near ur temples. Then its classical male pattern baldness. The only thing that works for this and is approved by FDA is 1mg finasteride daily.

edit: i figured i was prolly vitamin deficient, since that shit also messes with your hair. so i started taking them centrum vitamin pills. chyeah

Well since I have to listen to and seen grown men crawling on their knees to their doctor, with their mouth wide open and saliva falling from their mouth, as they crew whilst trying to say 'my hairs falling out', I'll be more than happy to assist you in your quest to keep your hair.

Most shampoos and conditioners will do little to nothing to prevent the hair loss, since it would take around 4-6 hours for anything you place on your scalp to be absorbed or penetrate the outer layer of the skin.

Secondly, I'd try and get your daily req of vits from actual food sources instead of relying on pills.

Thirdly, if you're noticing a receding hairline or fear your hair is thinning you could take finasteride which is usually marketed as Proscar or Propecia 1mg which involves you taking one pill a day for a period of time. This won't cure your problem since you maybe unfortunate enough to have inherited a set of 'hair loss genes' which make your hair follicles on the top of your scalp vulnerable to DHT erosion.

I forgot to mention; the treatment will prevent further hair loss but will in all probability fail to help those hair follicles already fallen victim to DHT.
