Holiday in Morocco pics, part 2 *56k*

Finally got the CD with the pics of the trip from my mates camera (it only took him 5 weeks to transfer some photos onto a CD), so here they are...

I think that's France... or it might be Spain actually


That's Mamun. It's his rather strange version of a 'pout'.

(My older bro, me) Who thought filling in a form could be so much fun. I was checking to see if he made any fatal spelling mistakes.

We ate at this place near the beach which had live music. It's was nice.

L-R: Me, Mamun, my bro. We were walking around town checking out the sights. The weather was fuckin hot, but it was DOPE!

We hired out a car and drove to various parts of Morocco. The next few shots is of our journey to Marrakech (roughly 190km drive). We stoped along the way a few times.

Mamun was pissing himself really coz he was so close to the egde of the cliff. I was like, 'move back a little bit more, yeah just a bit more...'



We found a cafe in the middle of nowhere and decided to stop and relax for a bit.



We decided to get out of the car and wander around for a bit. Crocodile Dundee style.

The Hotel De La Minara in Marrakech. It looks normal in this pic, but as soon as you go upstairs the place feels like the movie 'The Shining'. This hotel was fuckin haunted it tells ya (but we had a right laugh scaring ourself and some of the other guests as well).



We visit the old city in Marrakech...




Best and coolest way to get around the city is by horse and cart.


Back at the haunted hotel, feeling totally knackered, so we all chilled out for a bit.



We left Marrakech and went to Essaouria (roughly 140km drive from Marrakech). It was one of the coolest seaside towns I've ever seen. Jimi Hendrix lived here and wrote music for a few years, and many rock band spend time here as well.


On our way back to Agadir Nurul spots a goat up a tree.



Back in Agadir on the last day we went quad biking. It was D.O.P.E!!
Mamun crashed his bike and one of the front weels were fucked.

It was brilliant. As soon as we came back home I wanted to go in holiday again

But we've sorted everything out and we're going to Malaysia for 10 days in September and plan on driving and travelling around to see the whole country. I'm not a big fan of city environments and prefer beaches, and rural places.

That was the usual strawberry flavour shisha - but ever-so-slightly stronger that wat you get in London

Desi food is superior to Moroccan food. Some Moraccan food was lovely, but during the last 2 days we ate pizzas and pasta

Yeah it was a wicked holiday, you should get some people togethar and go there bro, it's a lot of fun especially if you like roadtrips.

Yeah, we're getting a brilliant Chilian (Gonzalez) for the wing, and theres talk of Zenden being a possible replacement for Gerrard.
I wasn't too bothered when Owen left, but loosing Gerrard feels like a punch to the stomach

Moroccan women in general are very beautiful. They kind of look like a mixture of desi/arab/spanish. And most of them are very nice in a down to earth and humble sort of way, and are also very easy to chat with.

Marrakech is a different story, the women and teenagers there try tooooo hard to adopt a western style and attitude. It makes you realise how pretentious and fake people can become.

The women in the city/town areas are pretty, but I felt like I was struck by lightning when I met some of the women in the rural areas. They are fuckin gorgeous, but very shy as well.

It's a muslim country and you kind of get the feeling that it's not a wise idea to take pictures of women if you catch my drift. Being a fellow muslim it would have been sort of disrespectful to take pics. Sorry everyone

Not that many places actually. I only really started traveling in the last 3 years. So far been to Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Sardinia and Morocco. Been to France on a school trip when I was 11. Also I don't know if Scotland and Wales really counts as proper holiday destinations

I want to visit more places in Asia so we're gonna start it off with Malaysia later this year

wow u been to very exotic places hw nice!!! i would love to travel around the world but not yet cos am still an student and most unlikely my rents will let me go lolz!!! ive only been to bangladesh twice and france twice and that it lolz....i went to france when i was 12 and also it was an school trip.....after finshin uni in sept after ramandan (rooza) am gona go to bangladesh (again lolz i loves the place) and in feb am goin to turkey whoo hoo
