Hello all,
I'm new here

i've come across plenty of interesting and amusing feedbacks, and i figured i'd seek your opinions regarding a relatively simple yet complex matter. The other day, i was introduced to this girl by a common friend of ours, and well as expected i flirted n all that. She's attractive,(not gorgeous, but yea attractive), smart( sorta nerdy but in a cool way),but extremely religious and prude n shit. She's totally against dating, and even flirting, which i found to be pretty damn odd. Yet, she's cute n innocent, the type you know would be wifey material ya know? anyways, i'm 23 but i'm not looking for anythin serious right now and i have no idea if i should try n pursue this any further. Suggestions?

yeah bro..we're sort of friends right now..but like i said, she does'nt really flirt, so the conversations we have is more..welll restricted to boring ish lol

. And i showed some signals that i'm interested, but she just played sweet and innocent and ignored it

well..the thing i don't get is..she's hindu..and she does'nt "appear" to be religious in the way she dresses ...yet, once you get to talk to her, or observe her mannerisms, you realize that the farthest you can go is being best friends(maybe). And sometimes, talking to her is like talking to ur mom(you can't talk dirty n shit)

Hrm, well its an interesting situation. On the one hand you have here a girl that you like, but on the other hand a girl you probably wouldn't get very far with. But the question is - do you need to get far with her? Would you be happy staying friends or would you want to 'take it to the next step' physically?

It seems to me that if she's against dating, against flirting, and very religious you have a bad combination if you're looking for someone you want to, well, date with, flirt with, and possibily move on to the next level with. If you were ready for marriage and wanted to approach her or her family about it, then I'd say "go for it!" because in the sacred vows of marriage I am sure she would flirt with her husband and of course she would have sex with him.

But if you are not ready for that and are seeking a girlfriend - this girl isn't it. My suggestion?

Try to be a friend, try to flirt a little, just see how it goes. If you meet a huge roadblock, then you know you should move on. If she is receptive to your flirting (even though she says she doesn't flirt), then you know she likes you too. And that means you can try to work your magic - just do it slowly.
