i'm open for your advice..my weekend..

so like i posted this in another topic but ya i want to get ppl's thoughts on what i should do

i'm not sure if i should go to gaarba, or OU or stay in town n go to BKG parties

my group in houston i ususally meet is all going to OU parties...(in dallas) i was going to go but i dunno i don't wanna go without my roomate,..so i was like yayyyy gaarba n then found out those desis are going to OU and then all the ppl here in town are going to the BKG party that my guys are throwing..

it's a very hard place to be in, if i go to gaarba i see my best friend BUT i drive a long way for just a day not even the whole weekend..also pratik was going to meet us up there too n anna (my best friend) rarely likes desis but had a class with him n is friendly so the more desi friends she has the better i feel..also i think that's one of the few social occasions our parents let us stay out relaly late (3am)

hmm..so i don't wanna crush her bc her rents don't let her out at night unless im there or her aunt bc we're the only responsible ppl with desi values she chills with

then the party here is going to have my friends from houston that were at utsa last yr...and my friends in austin that were at utsa last yr (a lotta ppl left for UT or their parents made them go back to UH bc its cheaper) so i miss out on free drinks, partying with my friends, being there for funny moments instead of hearing about it from someone else and being left out of all the inside jokes from that night..and i dunno i think i'd be sure to have a good time there

not sure whta to do, feel a bit torn

ALSO i forgot my friend's sister's wedding is this friday tooo so it's a hard spot bc if i go to the wedding i can attend the bkg party at night huh?

I think the party sounds like more fun to me...dont you guys eventually grow out of the Garba?

lol no i don't i don't go to melas in houston or anything so its the only way i really run into my guju and ismaili friends..so i enjoy that its nice to see desi ppl in a really loud place bc u don't have to hold a convo but u do get to catch up with nice ppl
