"Just listen to you heart". WTF. The only sound a human heart makes is "lub-dub" at various tempos, how do you expect me to listen to it while making important life decisions? How can that sound ever guide me in life? Shit i'm screwed then. Just another useless phrase emo people came up with, with no deep meaning whatsoever. If it does, please enlighten me. kthanks.

^ that phrase was used so often by this one guy i dated whose own life was so uneventful and boring that i was always expected to be the main conversationalist without much participation from him. i absolutely have an allergy to this phrase now.
