out of 5, i rate it 2 or even 3.
it was meh. anyone watched catwoman? with HB? didn't all the computer generated jump scenes look BAD? well they looked even worse in S3. anywho it was a meh movie, wasn't disappointed because i didn't expect anything from it.

here's zee summary of the movie.. SPOILER ALERT!

Be warned, MANY MANYYYY spelling and MANYYYY gramatical (spelled this wrong on purpose) errors ahead!

Spiderman swings around the city. peter introduces himself, you know is little life story. he still goes to school and at top of his class, and people still pick on him. he's in love with MJ and she'd doing her first play in Broadway. he actually goes to her shows now. he goes to one show and two big guys sit next to him, he can't really get comfy. so there is MJ in stage singing "they say falling in love is wonderful" peter is really enjoying the show and singing along with MJ quietly. she looks like the cute girl next door, they did a nice job casting her. ooh and then they show you who is sitting in the balcony seats, the one and only Harry Osborn. he looks down at peter and smiles an EVIL smile like "ooh i'mma fuk you up man!" kinda smile. pter goes out and finds harry walking into his car and tries to talk to him, but he's upset and still thinks peter/spiderman killed him. harry rides away. peter goes to see MJ in the backstage. MJ says that people weren't clapping hard enough, and peter tries to be the science guy and goes on about sound wave and fusion and etc. MJ calls him a nerd.

back at harry's house, he finds his dads goblin workshop and loads up on the gas.

Peter made a big web and he's just watching the night sky with MJ. they get mushy and kiss, eww! *cover zee eyes* and POOF! a falling star, something just landed on earth, a meteor. so the black stuff comes crawling out. as Peter and MJ ride away on his little motor cycle, the black thing latches on.

a man's running away from the cops. he manages to hide and avoid getting busted. he's crawling up the fire escape for some building and opens a window and goes into a room. a kid is sleeping there. he sits by the window and watches, omg! a pedophile maybe? he takes out some letters and looks at them, then puts them udner the kid’s pillow. opens up a drawer and plls out a shirt. he's in the kitchen now and then a lady turn on the light, its his wife! she tells him to get out and they argue and the guy should leave because the cops are looking for him. the girl wakes up to see daddy and mommy fighting. he goes to his daughter for some daddy daughter loving. he promises to get the money to make her healthy, and the moms like "you get out of here NOW!"

back to peter riding his motorcycle, he comes to his aunties house and tells her that he's gonna ask MJ to marry him. she tells him about her and his uncle. she gives him her blessing. she also gives him her ring, aww what a sweet aunty. they hug.

peter back on his bike riding with a happy smile, and POW! he gets attacked by harry on his slider. badass fight scene. harry has a bad ass slider that looks like a skate board. the fight scene is pretty nice, but they kinda overdid it with the computer effects, just like they did with catwoman. so peter gets knocoed into a building ad drops the ring his aunt gave him, but with soem fancy footwork he manages to get it back. ooh harry even has a sword, he's a lot more of a badass then his dad. throws some goblin tracking missile thingies. he finally gets the drop on him and harry is throw off his board and comes crashing own. he gets hurt pretty badly when he falls, peter does CPR trying to bring him back. he rushes him to a hospital.

so back to the guy that broke out of prison. he's running away from the cops and is in the marsh areas. a dog rumps at him and he smapcks it away. he goes into some testing area and falls down and lands on some hole.it's some king of thingy and they are running an experiment, but they dont know he's there. he can't get out, his molecular structure changes and he starts breaking down and vanishes away going "AHHHHHH!!! NOOO!"

peter is waiting at the hospital with a cup of joe. harry is going to be okay. he has short time memory loss and doesn't remember anything. peter goes to see him. i dont think he remembers anything that happened recently, even his hate for peter.

so back to the place where the prisoner fell down, the dirt moving on its own and starts taking shape of a man slowly. he has become dirt man! he picks up somethign his daughter gave him. a locket with someone’s picture. i think it’s her. so now he's standing, takes him a while to get his body back.

MJ came to Peters apartment with a newspaper and she's bitchy cuz she got a bad review. Peter has a police scanner and hears a distress call so he's gotta go and leave MJ when she's down in the crapper. the black thing from the meteor moves about in his room. there's a boom in some building thats out of control, and the metal beam goes flying and hits a building. a chill falls out but manages to hang on to the phone line which keeps her alive for a second. that's brock’s girlfriend, she's also some high ranked police officers daughter. she screams AHHH! and falls spiderman does his thing and goes for her and catches her before she falls. brock takes some pcitures of spiderman.

back at the daily dougle. brock sucks up to JJ and gets a chance at getting a job. JJ says that if one of them can get a picture of spidey doing something bad, they will get the job. peter goes outside and notices a billboard that says spiderman saved some policeman’s daughter. stan lee makes an appearance and talks to peter, says two lines and walks away.

back at harry manner peter gives him a basketball. harry looks at a picture of his dad. harry still has the reflexes of the goblin juice. MJ comes to the theater and finds out they replaced her. she walks away all sad and junk. people outside are clapping she was thinking it was for her, but they only clapped because they saw spiderman. they have a parade to honor spiderman. peter takes some pictures of MJ. she didn't tell him that she got replaced. so the escaped prisoner is walking in the city when two policemen spot him and run after him. he jumped in a truck with dirty and grows in size, the police open fire at him but he flies away. back to the park where they are having the parade for spiderman. peter and MJ talk a little and then peter goes because he has to make his entrance. harry comes and talks with MJ. they all clear when spiderman comes. the girl spiderman saved kisses spiderman the same way MJ kissed him in the first movie in the rain. MJ saw that and got mad and started to walk away. the sand guy goes after a money transport truck and steals money. anotehr fight scene. spiderman stops the car from crashing. and the bad guy gets away. peter goes to a restaurant. MJ was heading to the hotel and notices a picture of spiderman getting kissed on a street pole and gets mad. so peter sits and is waiting for MJ to show up. he's a little cocky. he's just talking about himself but doesn't know anything about how she's feeling. the girl that kissed spiderman shows up and talks to peter, and that probably didn't make MJ feel any better. yea she's mad. and walks away sad/upset/disappointed.

the next day peter tries to call MJ but she ignores him. MJ stands over the phone but doesnt pick up. but she decides to pick up just as soon as peter hangs up. peter gets a call from the cops. and they tell peter that the guy they arrested before wasn't the real killer, and the guy with the sand powers is the real killer. peter gets mad and storms out. he's at his apartment listening on the police scanner, and trying to catch that guy. MJ comes and tries to talk to Peter. Peter pushes MJ away, man what a bastard. he sleeps, having a nightmare of what happened to his uncle. this is when the black thing from outer space makes its move and starts bonding with him. he wakes up outside with the black suit. the black suit feels good and he jumps and swings around checking out the new powers. he gets home and they mention something in the police scanner about a bank robber. he puts on the black suit and goes to the bank to stop the sandman. there's a trail of sand going down to the drain. brock comes to take some pictures but peter smashes the picture. brock takes some pictures of the bank, probably will use that to frame spiderman. so in the sewers the sand guy is walking and the black spiderman gets the jump on him. anither fight sweet between black spiderman and marco. he feels in some water and can't hold his shape. spiderman opens a pipe of water and washes him away. he's turning a little evil!

bad stuff happen because of the black suit

Mj is as at the park sitting alone and looks at her phone. she first thinks about calling Peter but then she ends up calling harry and asks if she can come over.

peter goes to a payphone and thinks about calling MJ, but doesn't. the girl from 502 says he should call MJ so he does. now at harry's place MJ comes. so they're in the kitchen cooking and starts dancing to the twist. harry shows MJ the play he wrote for MJ when he was a kid. MJ kisses Harry, omg what a slut! she stops and walks out. she gets mad at peter for kissing a girl and she's there kissing some other guy. Harry suddently remembers everything and sees his father in the mirror.

Mj walks into her apartment and thats when peter calls and leaves a message, but as MJ is about to pick up, Harry smashes her against the wall and tells her that if she wants Peter to live, she will do what she says. MJ calls up peter and tells him to meet her at the bride in the park. Peter comes with flowers to see MJ, MJ decides to break it off with Peter. Mj tells peter that she doesn't want to see him anymore. Peter shows MJ the ring, but MJ tells him that there's someone else and walks away from Peter. Harry smiles from a distance.

Peter is at a cafe with Harry and talks with him about what happened. Harry tells him that he's the other guy. Harry smiles again while peter walks away.

Peter is back in his room thinking. and decide to put on the back suit. He goes to see Harry and they start to fight. Peter wins and beats up Harry pretty good. Harry throws a bomb at peter but peter swings it back at him and blows up near his face.

Brock got the job because the picture he submitted was a fake picture. Peter goes to the daily bugle and shows them the actual pictures Brock photoshopped.

The sand guy is back and manages to collect himself. Thinking about his daughter.

Peter takes the girl that kisses him spiderman to the place that MJ works. When MJ is up on stage, peter goes up and does a plays the piano, and he starts dancing around, everyoen is clapping for him. they're really enjoying him. he starts dancing real close with the blond girl in front of MJ. The girl realizes it was all for her and she walks out on Peter. The bouncer tries to kick peter out and he pushes him against the wall. When MJ tries to stop him he pushes MJ down on the floor. Mj goes, who are you? Peter says he doesn't know.

He swings up to a bell tower to be alone. Brock is at the church, praying to god for the death of Peter. In the bell tower, Peter tries to take off the black suit, but he can't. He accidentally bumps into the bell and the symbiotic thingy loses its grip because of the sound. Brock looks up and to his surprise realizes that spiderman is parker. Probably seen this part on the trailers where the symbiotic takes over Brock, turning him into Venom.

Back at Peter's apartment, he's taking a shower. He huddles up in a corner aid and disappointed. His Aunt comes to visit him. Peter gives back the ring and says he's not ready because he was unable to put her before himself. Aunty May leaves the ring for Peter when she leaves.

Venom makes a partnership with Marco to kill Spiderman.

Peter is looking up into MJ's apartment from the streets. What a stalker. Peter walks away. Soon MJ gets out of her apartment and takes a cab. But the cap driver turns out to be Venom.

The cab is suspended high above the ground. Peter goes to Harry for help, he can't take them both on, Harry tells him to get out. After Spiderman leaves, the Butler tells Harry that he knows that his father died by his own hands.

Spiderman goes to rescue MJ. But Venom gets the drop on him. they fight, peter fall down building and land in sand. the sand in the ground turns out to be the sand man. spierman fight sandman, MJ fall a little put land in black web. when spiderman try to go rescue MJ even throw him down again. Sandman at bottom start smashing on Spiderman. That when Harry throw a bomb at sandman's face. Harry came to save Spiderman. Harry and PEter make a good team. JJ guys a camera from a kid for 100 dollars, but the camera doesn't have any film. Spiderman is able to save MJ from falling with help from Harry. Harry shots a few missiles at the oversized Sandman to bring him down to size. Spiderman and Venom have a little fight, and Spiderman gets beaten, and just when he's to kill Spiderman, Harry saves him. Harry fall down on metal pipe and the sound causes much pain to venom, thats when he realizes venom's weakness. Venom charges at spiderman with he blades of the glider but harry jump in front to take save him and gets stabbed himself. Banging on some metal pipes he traps Venom and throws a bomb at him. Eddy go bomb! Sandman says he didn't want this, and he didn't have choice. Sandman says he didn't want to kill Peter's Uncle, his daughter was dieing and he needed money. When he saw his partner running over with he cash, he accidentally shot his uncle. Peter forgives Sandman for killing his Uncle. Sandman goes away. WTF? when can sand fly around in the sky? To Peter and MJ try watch Harry die.

They have funeral, but MJ no kissy Peter. Later MJ singing in club, Peter come in with suit and takes MJ's hand after she's done singing and they hug and what seems like slow dance, what does that mean? Part 3?
