Photoshop somthing PLEASE for me, im shit at it....

Basically I got a project needing to be done, and its for testicular cancer, in for tomorrow. What I need is a pic of a guy playing football taking a "throw in".
I need on of the following pics to be photoshoped, which ever one i guess is easier ? ....

Need the background shit to be taken away so there is a field, or maybe a crowd of football supporters, also my shades taken away!! or cropped


This might be harder? The face needs to be out the pic, so just arms and shit....if possible, the watch taken away...and background made into a field, somthing with a football theme....

I'm guessing the first one would be easier ? But whatever....erm I don't think anyone is going to do the pics lol but hopefully one of you are NICE enough to do it......even if the quality is bad I'm desperate !!....

Is it possible to be done ? hmmm

so how do i make the pic that size :s.......and err lets not fink about the background, i wnt b able 2 find a pic at da right size lol !! .....

umm the background yes u'l probs have to go to istockphoto and buy an image of a background that suit
