Default For those of you who call CALL CENTRE'S.....

....All vex and ask to speak to a "supervisor/manager" straight off the bat, i got some news for you.........................


Manager's know NOTHING about the products tht company sells and know even less on how to use the computer systems, and dammed if they know how to get u a refund.


So stop asking to speak to them cuz the only reason they are there is to make sure i do my job and give ppl late forms.

hahahah i remember when i worked at call center before i was instructed to keep trasnsfering the phone calls to different department until the caller gets tired and hangs up himself. Poor customers i felt sorry for them.

Hence i said STRAIGHT OFF THE BAT, meaning before i have had a chance to establish wht the call is about.

Had 7 calls of this nature today, each time i solved the problem w/o having to call a manager cuz i made the cust tell me the problem so i solved it.

If they insisted on a manager then they wudda have to hold for like 5 mins and thus waste like £5 worth of fone bill.

All im sayin is tht im just trying to help u.

The request u make isnt in the hands of people ur talking to.Callcenter people do best what they cud. It has to go thru a specific department and u bet its sad if that department itself doesnt want to accept u r request then u just have no luck. The managers dont know shit. So asking for them is useless anyway. So basically ur doomed if ur dealing with companies with bad customerservice.

One thing i learned is when u sign a contract or do business with such companies be sure of how their customer service is and how quickly they pick up. If they dont and u still get into business with them then ur just puttin urself in bad situation.
