As for your hair....i had the same thing and it grew out, sport some barrettes and headbands is all i can say and put oil in ur hair, it helps or go them thinned out.....i call it the 'Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin' look lol...but itll go away

they're actually side bangs..or fringe..
