why are desi's so spotty?

why do desi lads have such a huge propensity for being horrendously spotty? i always thought of desi's as being more concerned with personal hygiene than the rest but still the greasy spotty skin syndrome prevails!

well yea a high fat diet plays its part in skin blemishing but still, surely desi's are kinda half brought up to be clean?

teenage boys...of ALL ethnicity...RARELY wash.

i live with two brothers. so EW. mom has to shout at them to wash...yet neither have spots

you do get the clean boys....but they are hidden

yeah but im sure you could be the cleanest person around yet you would still have a pepperoni pizza for a face if you eat tonnes of greasy, fried, fatty stuff?

you cant banish your problems using purely external stuff..basically, if you put crap in your body..your body will look like crap is what im getting at.

for example..my aunt has really bad spots..she drinks seven glasses of aloe vera juice a day yet she still munches on all the greasy stuff and thus still has spots..take out the grease and the spots go.

ive pretty much eaten whatever i wanted to and my skin has always been good..i suppose its all to do with moderation.

definately cutting back on the refined stuff too would help.

some desis just dont get that the stuff they eat isnt healthy..i think more should be done to educate them

I just pretty much eat w/e. If there's food infront of me i'll eat it

specially stuff like I eat french fries, and parathas ever day basically, but no spots.

It mostly has to do with bad food habits. International students come here and start eating out which leads them to getting horrible spots. I was never affected as long as I mostly ate at home but I did get a few when I started eating out. Thankfully, it hasn't been much.
