Personally, I think a well-placed, tasteful tattoo is sexy, however some girls take it to far. Tattoos on the back of necks, and arms are sooooo skanky. Uggg.

Maybe some girls think it is sexy to have a name tattooed on their arm. Spanish girls love to have their "baby daddy" name on their arm. Uggg
