Brett Ratner Courts The Most Beautiful Woman In The World

Movie site IESB.net corralled X3 director Brett Ratner at ShoWest, where the beloved fauxteur revealed his top-secret casting plans for the latest installment of the Rush Hour franchise:

Q: You mentioned that you are looking for an Indian actress, a really hot Indian actress to be in Rush Hour 3.
BR: I love her, Aishwarya Rai, the most beautiful woman in the world.

Q: Would you cast her?

BR: I am trying to right now. She's the most beautiful woman in the world and it's my dream to put her in the movie, Aishwarya Rai is considered to be the most beautiful woman in the world.

Should Ratner's tactic of intoning the oft-repeated assessment of the Bollywood superstar's beauty until she is mesmerized deeply enough to agree to be the eye candy sandwiched between Chris Tucker's high-pitched yelping and Jackie Chan's shrugging incomprehension, he may have to resort to a less subtle plan, like standing outside the office window of Rai's agent, holding aloft a boombox blasting a heartwrenching Peter Gabriel ballad.

8:00 a.m.-8:15 a.m.: Try and figure out a way to include new mutant known as Aishwarya Rai into X-Men 3.

8:20 a.m.-8:23 a.m.: Brilliance strikes again! Rewrite entire script to X-Men 3 and, instead of mutant cure, focus on X-Men making a journey to India to try and contain the hawtness of Aishwarya Rai. They, of course, (SPOILER ALERT!) fail and Aishwarya ends up falling in love with a cutting edge director in Bollywood known as Bretpau Ratneri. This is gonna be so awesome.
