da same thing happen 2 me a couple of years ago.. they wudnt listen da silly asswipes. o2 and tmob hav da best customer service

Ha ha ha 3G customer services are based in India i think and what makes me laugh is if you talk proper engrish to them they don't understand and go "Hold on one moment please sire, let me look into this" - Seriously load of cobblers they are!

yeh they get pissed of at the end...my dad gets quiet alot of them cuz hes on 3 and he passes the fone over 2 me and i deal wid dem...they end up cutting me off and i jus stare at the fone like wtf? no bye shye? take care?
