*sigh* ever just feel lonely?

i feel extremely lonely right now...i went out today to celebrate a friend's bday. we went to the cheesecake factory and most of the ppl who came were from otehr towns and i didn't know em and my other friends who i knew didn't come cept like 2-3...but 2 of em were trying to get together and liked eachother so i felt like is was intrudin on their convo or something cept she said i wouldn't but w/e...

and then after dinner we all went back to the bday boy's house and all the couples were together. there were like 5 couples/soon-to-be couples and bout 18 ppl all together...so it just felt awkward...like just to look at em...one of my friends who is single goes to me "cuddling w/ urself?" guess she understood lol cuz we talked bout how every1 there was w/ some1 and w/e...ehh it sucks but i don't want a bf right now anyway...wait til college atleast cuz u know u can't leave home w/ attachments and whatnot...

so any of u guys ever been in that sorta situation?

i am a very happy person most of the time...but like my bestfriend and i have been single 4 awhile and i look to her to make me smile and just be there all the time...i like lean on her cuz she's single too and blah blah blah...but she's the one whp's gonna hook-up w/ some1 very soon...and it'll just be me...it's just very awkward being round every1 who has some1...

lol it happens to everyone at one point or another..you can't expect to always know someone everywhere you go, just learn to make the best of the situation, no matter how akward it maybe

i went to a wedding a few weeks ago and i ended up being seated at a table with 4 other couples and me. So yea i felt really out of place and ackward.

Seriously though, don't be afraid to start a relationship just because you don't want to have attachments in the future. Yes, you'll have college to look forward to but just because you're there and your guy is somewhere else doesn't mean you can't have anything. In another 4 years you will probably move again or whatnot and then have to move apart anyways. If you want something then go after it.. No point in waiting around
