They will look at your grades, obviously and will have set requirements for international students as they don't do A Levels. Some of the top universities may set you an entrance paper which is normally an advanced maths paper. To my knowledge I don't think LSE do one, but I could be wrong especially for the more popular courses. LSE is definatly one of the top unis. What course are you applying for?

heyy i had a friend who applie for lse, yep u definately have to go through UCAS, i think u can obtain a UCAS form , from their website http://www.ucas.ac.uk/

yeah as bubbly said, you personal statement is very important it can be typed up, it takes agezz to come up with the final draft, and what happens next is that u can track your progress of ur application online, and if u do initially get approved, u mite have to come for interview , dunno they mite waiver that if ur personal statement is damn good seein as ur in the usa

hi! u shud apply to LSE its the top uni for economics...and financy stuff..yep even better than oxford or cambridge
ull get in if u have the grades coz lse is renowned for letting alot of international students in because they pay the highest fees..yes it is full of chinkys but thats ok
u definately need a personal statement...its like .75 of an A4 sheet of paper..outlining WHY this course blah blah ur interest in it..WHAT uve done to show ur interest ie experience..and general achievements and interests to show ur a well rounded individual

for LSE u dont have an interview..but im not too sure what happens if ur international

but yes LSE rocks!!

dont think so , only accounting and finance ,

thats how they pair undergrad degrees here , usually its accounting and finace both combined, not finance on its own i dnt think ...

The place has got a cosmopolitan feel to it. Isn't too big, but there is a wide mix of nationalities studying there. The parties etc are really good, stuff like "Friday night crush," which has two floors, one with bhangra, is quite popular with with all London students.

Don't live there, as I'm at UCL most of the time, just a thought that with so many geniuses studying there, it is possible you may find a few stuck up people.

All in all, its a very nice uni.
