Just a small suggestion. I noticed while going through some of the profiles that unregistered users are leaving behind quite a few upsetting comments on peoples profiles. i know this may not deal with the problem, but how about, comments can be only be made by registered users. Also, a zero tolerance on any offending comments to keep desirate.com nice and clean. :D

one more thing which i reckon would be quite good.
how about a user control panel. here you can see all the threads which you have subscribed to and other features. you can see what i mean at www.talkaudio.co.uk.

or Could you only let registered people with pics leave comments for others like as another perk like the top 50?? Unregistered users can vote and thats all??

yeah sameer, I personally think shy_guy is right by not having the unregistered users make comments and juss simply making registered users rate and leave comments, its a good idea no? I have seen alot of ppl screwing around, although it doesnt bother me cuz i havent gotten any bad comments :D lolz thank god! but surely enough it does to quite a few people. Sooo with that being said, I really hope u look into it if not doing something about it! 8) PEACE!

O yeah and another thing I wanted to add to this, u gotta do something about other ppl saving other ppl's pics! I have seen other sites who have blocked the right click and others that dont give an option to save them! Sooo, Im really cautious about these things! And I want something done about it! and u can't really do anything about that pari. u can view source from the menu, and there are scripts that u can run that will return the right click menu. u can probably slice up the pics, or put ur name somewhere in the pic where the people would have to cut off a part of the pic to get rid of it. or put it across ur head with a little transparency. that can be done with most image editing program. or i can do it for u if u want me to

ppl that post their pic up on their site [other than the few that *ahem* lost a bet.. :wink: ] for the most part do it to see how they'd be rated/what ppl think of them..which is exactly what the unregistered users do..usually they give the most r e a l feedback [unless they're just real hater haterz]..& plus without them i think the site would be kinda boring. also..i don't see the big deal with the unreg. users since ppl CAN delete their comments if they choose to..i don't though..like i said..i think they're funnayy and i've gotten some not so nice comments myself =)

It's not that they should be taken seriously...it just sorta gives the whole ratedesi community a hostile vibe. Who needs all that negativity anyway?
