You're 15 yrs old, I'm guessing he's the same. Don't worry too much over this; "relationships" at this age don't last too long anyway. The only real important things in life at this point should be your school, your family, and your friends.


As far as this particular guy situation is concerned, the rest of the people in this thread are making judgments based on what little you've said. Rash, uninformed decisions often lead to trouble [goes without saying]. So, you're going to have to give us a lot more detail, and a lot more examples of him being an ass for us to better understand your situation. And then, will you really get the advice that you really need to know, instead of a simple answer that you just want to hear.
