never suport the country they live in. E.g indians never support England when it comes to football, but always Brazil or Italy(a country they hav nothing to do with). Just wonderin if you dont support England footi team, why? The same goes for when GBR are in the olympics, desis rarely ever want GBR to win. An i find that weird, i think im part of the minority when i say i want England to win the world cup next year.

I support England in everything, and detest people who live here and support the team they are playing.
Cried at Euro 96, and was on the brink of tears against Portugal in 2004. Oh, and 98.
Bastards, keep breaking my heart.

Well cricket is different because you have teams like India/pakistan, so then you follow them, but in football you dont.

Yeah, like Rebrov before him.
Imagine the agony being an England supporter, then multiply that by 100 for Spurs and England fans.

I go the other way. I at times seem to have a disregard for my roots and am pure white! (Well so people say!) I am strong believer that you should support the country of your birth and no other.
Therefore, India even though it is my motherland owes me nothing, just as I owe it nothing. While some may strug at these rather liberal views, I think you have to proud of the place you call home (not where your parents may have called home!)
I am with you, come on England at Germany 2006!

I always support England in the World Cup/Euro Cup. I think all asians who were born and grew up here do. The only people who slag them off during the big tournaments are the older generation - but deep down I reckon they secretly support England too but don't want to show it :)
One of my uncles is like that and he's always slagging of the England them. But his true emotions were revealed when Owen scored that amazing goal against Argentina and my uncle was like, 'YEEEESSSSS!!!, THATS MY SON!!'.

I was never born in this country so I dont really give a shit about supporting England. In cricket its Pakistan all the way. I dont support the England football team because they bore me to tears...and of course other than Campbell/Cole (who I'm not exactly happy with these days) England dont really have any Arsenal players...I tend to support France haha.

Oh, Keano's f*cking magic,
He wears a magic hat,
And when he saw Old Trafford,
He said I fancy that
He didn't sign for Arsenal,
Or Blackburn cos they're shite,
He signed for Man United,
Because they're fucking dynamite.
an who can forget
