I see your predicament and luckily for u, I have a solution for u to get out of this bitch mess. Firstly, DO NOT admit anything to anyone...if anyone asks u questions (obviously, specific to this situation and not generally, as that would be a bad move for a customer service assistant)..simply smile and say 'No comment'. However, if you do get called in by the boss dude, and asks u to explain the situation...just say u shouted 'itch' and the reason u did this is because u have headlice. Problem solved.

Hope this helps, and if anyone else has any problems that need solving...I'm currently listening to Stereophonics and getting all sorts of inspirational thoughts.
