On the new album The Understanding there's a tune called 'What Else Is There?' n e 1 heard it ? ? is the singer Bjork?

If you mean that Royksopp didn't provide the vocals for Poor Leno then you're mistaken.

I've seen quite a few live videos of them performing that song with one of the members doing the vocals.

my bad.. found out who the vocalist for What Else Is There? was later on.. it's Karin Dreijer from The Knife.. she's got a interesting/creepy voice like bjork.. must be a scandanavian thing

I love his voice with the whole synthesized effect :)
