i thought it was obvious that misrepresentation of identity referred to things such as face, age, name, location and not personality. (i guess some people need hand holding). these are the attributes that are not open to interpretation.

ie the basis of your indentity should be truthful. those wishing privacy are allowed the privacy but blatant misrepresentation is not allowed.

A person's worth has more to do with how they carry themselves than what they look like, where they live, how much money they make etc.

The fact is, internet forums are a form of entertainment for most people, where you live, your real name & location are pretty irellavent details. True, this is a rating site so it follows that apperances should at least be kept genuine, but there is nothing wrong with masking personal details about who you are to the forums at large. this whole issue isnt that complicated really. you post fake pictures; somebody reports you (there's a whole "fake pictures" forum for that), and you get banned. if you be man (or in this case, woman) enough to say you were lying, maybe people will forgive you (case in point - dezi, piya, khusum) and let you post. if you dont, you *will* be banned (case in point - pretty much everybody reported in the "fake pictures" forum).

all thaiz needs to do is apologize, and admit that she's not the girl in the picture. she doesnt have to justify anything or give explanations. she's a jackass, yeah we all know that; we dont need to know why she's one. so long as she admits she's one, its all good in the hood.

oh no. this isnt for entertainment. Thsi is personal. I have no problems with Thaiz anymore.
