Make it impossible or something for the unknowns to vote because they usually give 1's and are most prolly people from the site who signout so people don't know they voted the 1 ... it gets annoying .. if people with pics vote a 1 thats okay but unknowns?? Like maybe u can make the option that the uknowns can only VIEW the pics and see the next one without voting but can vote after they sign up?
