You were inquiring about the hosues in the back ground, well my house is pretty much one of the smallest on the block, and we bought ours for liek 130,k, ad its now worth about 225k, its yuba city ca, its not prime rela estate but not far from, Its really up and coming, however, a bay area home like in san jose or frisco, the same size would be about 4-5 times that amount, if not more. If you got a good thing goign in TX, stay there bro, cali is a rip, but I like it, peopel are nice :o)

175k for two story house? Wow, houses in my area go for at least 300k and not that big.
