- Should have spend less time chilling/internet

m1 - 4 whole eggs, oatmeal, oj, multivitamin
m2 - 2 can tuna, 4 slices whole wheat bread, apple
m3 - brown rice, veges, chicken breast, smoothie
m4 - cottage cheese, whey
