I know what you mean but I would also tell you superficial relationships are the best at your age (im the same age). If you get in to a serious thing you are opening your self up to a whole load of hurt. Girls will hurt you if you let them get too close. Even the ones that seem sweet. Im a girl- ive done a lot of damage without even trying!
I know this sounds totally wrong and unethical but maybe the way to save your self from hurt and also achieve what you want is by having the intimacy with multiple partners - no joke - i think its great. You will never be let down as if one buggers off you just turn to another - but if your going to do this buy an electronic personal organiser with a password to access it!
