Aishwarya is beautiful and I think some desis are getting jealous that she's going to be doing Bollywood and Hollywood. It's like you have to stay in Bollywood or you've been corrupted or something. Let her drift, I saw Bride & Prejudice and I loved it!

Seriously, I think its a stereotype that needs to be broken that someone can't be in Hollywood/Bollywood because of race. You just have to have an open mind and try to see it as something new and awesome. Indians should be in American movies, just like any race should.

As for the english lyrics - its just they most desi people are not used to it that they don't like it... they are unfamiliar with it. Like everything, you have to get used to something, but whether you will be willing to or not is the question. Most people for whatever reason decide they don't like something and that's it lol :)

After the whole Salman incident, I've lost respect for her. I think the fame got to her head and she really started floating in the clouds. It's not such a bad idea that she wants to work in the West, however she needs to brush up on her english, especially the accent. I would suggest she continues with her modelling career too. i would have killed to grow up with a beautiful desi on normal tv or in hollywood movies...honestly i grew up away from desis for a long time, the few that were here were fobs so no1 around me knew i was desi bc i wasn't burnt like the few fobs we had around us....it freaking blew

I think its kind of cool she is doing Hollywood movies. I mean a bollywood acter/actress had to come to hollywood eventually. I mean yeah there were some of those old guy who did hollywood films, but i think Aish will be good for Bollywood and India. And whats wrong with her accent?
