free speech doesnt apply here its a fourm and the owner/mods have the right to delete your post if you dont follow the rules.
the constitution protects three types of speech
belief (no restrictions)

action (is limited restrictions)

speech(btwn action and belief some what restricted)

for example you may belief its okay to run red light but you have no protection under the constitution if you break the laws regularting this issue if you run the light u get caught and pay fines etc..

samething applies to the forum
you may believe you can break the rules but you dont have the right to so when u break rules u'll get regulated or banned etc..
