Solo cards are debit cards.
Credit cards depend on your credit record, trust me its best never to get one in the first place.

capitalone is the easiest to get, but there ARP is highest. it really depends on yr credit ratings like how long u been runnin yr bank acc? have u been a defaulter in any way n stuff like that u can check yr ratings on thier websites @

Not sure bout under 18 credit cards, just stick wid da normal debit card.

Nahhh, its ok if ur smart about how u use it. But if u start buying
thingz when u have no money in yer bank, thats when thingz get ugly .....
Got 2 have credit, otherwise how do u buy a car, house etc.?????????????
And u also can't buy stuff online without a credit card!!!!!!!!!
Using a visa debit card online is risky .......... safer 2 use a credit card .........
