For those who didn't read my thread about me seeing my brother in 6 months, I'll bring you up to speed. Basically, I don't speak to my brother. We always had problems and he's been hinting to the local police that I traffic drugs and a whole bunch of other shit. So basically, whenever I get pulled over, I get searched and arrested.

It's been about...6 times now these last few months? Anyways, they never find anything and I always fully co-operate.

Today, I got pulled over about an hour ago. Same thing as usual. Step out of the car, searched, handcuffed, car towed and then I get taken off to the division.

I was extremely pissed off but just co-operated. I called my parents and they already heard what happened from a friend who drove by while I was being arrested. So they made their way to the Police station.

Anyways, I'm in the cell and there's a few other guys sitting there. The cops know me well by now and who I am. Funny thing is they all know I'm innocent, but a higher power has said that I need to be searched and brought in everytime.

About 30 minutes pass and a Sargeant comes to the cell and takes me out. He brings me to his office, uncuffs me and tells me to sit down. He hands me a coffee and asks me how I'm doing. I tell him I'm not doing too good and this has been happening non-stop for the last couple of months and I start to laugh. He asks why I'm laughing, I tell him "If I get mad, what good is that going to do. I'm not here to 'cause problems or make myself look stupid. I'm just hear to clear things up...again."

He starts talking to me pretty normally and brings up my file on his computer. He shows me that there's no speeding tickets, to parking tickets, no offenses ....basically NOTHING on my file. He then asks why I've been flagged. I told him about my situation with my brother.

He took it all in and then told me to wait a second. He left the room, came back and sat down. He showed me my file on his computer and there was no more flag. He said after being brought in numerous times and having nothing on me, that he thinks it's ridiculous. I thanked him. He said he'd walk me to my car, which they towed to the station. So as we were walking, the same cops who arrested me started apologizing for all the problems they gave me and just kept saying, "We were just doing our job bro, no hard feelings." To their benefit, they never treated me bad after they dealt with me the first time.

As I was showed my car, I shook the Sargeants hand and as I was about to leave, he handed me a folder. I asked him what it was and he told me to look at it when I got him and give him a call early next week to discuss whatever he put in the folder and then he left.

I got in my car and opened it up and it was a Police application with a sticky saying, "Good guys only, make sure you fill this out and come see me" with his cell and extension on it.

Interesting opportunity....

thats some pretty heavy stuff!

actually tday i was riding into uni with my bro n there was a police check just off the highway n we knew we would get stopped (being asian n all ;) ) but totally different to ur story ofcourse!

n e way the cops had some descent looking automatic weapons with em etc. etc n the reason they stopped him was cos of his plates [R11 UPY] because of the spacing of the numbering n whatever... n e way that was the first time my bro got stopped n he really handled it well with the copper all in ur face handing u random tickets n taking stuff off u.. but yeh hats off to u for not losing ur cool after having to go through that over n over again

Yeah man, I know the situation too well, I've been arrested too...

for matching the exact profile of a shooter in my neighbourhood like 2-3 years ago... lol, the car, the description, the clothes i was wearing, all matched... the only difference was that it happened only once and i was arrested at gunpoint with 5 squad cars surrounding my ride... it was pretty scary cause of all the guns in my face... i was cleared up about an hour later, but yea, some crazy shit...

as for the opportunity, sounds like a movie if u ask me... lol... honestly, go for it if u got nothing else u want to do... and respect for ur patience with the cops... i know it can be hard at times...
