good cardio routines....
something thats very benefitting in burning fat...
do anyone know any short routines that are good and also list long ones....

for bicep curls get a barbell of say 10kg...from straight down lift it to 90 degrees...do ten of these...then from 90 degrees lift it all the way up..anopther ten of those...then do another ten normal bicep curls...do say about 3 or 4 sets of these

just hit the eliptical machine for 30-45 minutes. generally, one shouldn't need more cardio than that.
another choice: girls should go for aerobic stiptease classes. your guys will help you practise and tell you if you are doing it right when you come home ;-)
