there is no doubt in my mind that Arnold was the greatest bodybuilder of all time and that he was genetically predisposed to have a great physique...And i've read TONS about what he's done to get to his prime (he worked out like a CRAZY man), but he (reluctantly) admitted to steroid use to attain this type of physique. He also admitted that the steroids led to major health problems.
I, for one, would NEVER touch steroids in the name of vanity. Sure, i have a degree of vanity, but not at the expense of my health. (not to mention, i find a more natural physique to be much, much more appealing)
...just my 2cents

agreed...but compared to todays body builders, he definitely did them to much much lesser extent. if you look at ronnie coleman, jay cutler etc....you can tell their body is loaded with chemicals

The Cost Of Redemption isn't as crazy as the Unbelievable, but it's still nuts. I have every bodybuilding DVD you could think of and the new Jay Cutler is off the hook.

I know there is a source on outlawmuscle.com that sells bootlegg bodybuilding dvds.I got mine from him. He sells em for like 15 bucks a pop. He pretty much had everything.Even the ancient flex wheeler's mass construction one.

So tell me if its good stuff or if its bogus. I was impressed by how people described it, its simplicity and power and how you can just build a system around it and just work out 30 mins to 60 mins in your own room and get a gym quality workout out of it.

The second Arnie pic is morphed.
Arnie is definitely one of the greatest, but I still think Ronnie is the best bodybuilder of all time. Even though there is much more drug usage now than during Arnold's time, there's also a lot more competitors trying to enter the scene. Back in the 60's and 70's, bodybuilding was not nearly as popular as it is now, and had there been as many competitors fighting to become a pro in those days, a lot of those who did compete in the Olympia decades ago probably would not have even qualified.

It looks like 525 lbs. 4 45's, 1 35, and 1 25 on each side of a 45 lb bar.
A belt does not help you lift more either.

Before buying ANY bodybuilding video search for and download it on Emule first.
I've gotten almost every video out there from emule for free (both Ronnie videos, both Reuhl videos, both Cutler videos, Dennis James', Nasser, BFTO's, both Kevin Levrone's, etc.)
