so today i just felt fat as fuck....
i dont know why

this is usually what i eat...

cereal...
lettuce/chicken
rice/chicken
peanut butter sandwich
then again
rice/chicken

prolly drink 4 glasses of water a day

and man....
i looked in the mirror
i got man tits :(
what the fuck am i doing withmyself.....

i've been going to the gym all december and january
stopped mid january
and now i just feel like shit
imma start
runnin 60 mins a day (4-5 miles an hour) (i have low endurance)
and workout circuit train (for the first month to build up muscle)
and then go to targeted work outs...

and... drink 2 glasses per meal...
like cereal.... with 2 glasses of water
then my lettuce and chicken with 2 glasses
then my "mid-day" snack sandwich with 2 glasses
and then my dinner with 2 glasses

i gotta stop eating rice...
thats what kills me....
i eat alotta ketchup...... and rice

so yea...
and hopefully

i plan to reach my goal in early may...
lose weight in my upper legs... (mad fat)
and lose this tire n man tits

so basically
i wanna get nice arms....
flatter stomach, if not a 6 pack
and nicer DEFINED (less fat) legs
and a nice back...

ill take pics
at the end of every week.
and post them
so over time, we all can see the difference (hopefully)

dude try this..dont work out...swim...swimming for 1 hour..at a pace of 50 yards every minute..burns aroudn 700 calories an hour...plus it works out almost everything..back..shoulders..biceps..abs..etc...50 yards/min isnt that bad.. i normally swim 50/35-40 seconds at practice...then drink 10 glasses of water a day..and lower ur junk food and carbs...u'll see a big diff..ull stand up straighter and will look and feel a lot better

The rice that you eat...is it polished white rice? If so then thats your #1 target for elimination. #2 would be anything with sugar in it if you eat a lot of it, such as the ketchup.

Why dont you replace the rice with something like whole grain brown basmati rice and/or whole wheat?

good diet...except i cant believe you drink 4 glasses of water eveyday...


increase that to 10....too much water is never bad for you....it just flushes down...but in your case youreally need to water
