Mango Chutney

or other form of chutneys..i put Nirav(the company) mango hot/sweet chutney on my tuna sandwich..damn good..but there was no nutritional facts on it..so im kinda hesitating on using it again..any idea if they are bad for you? i mean im sure its not good for u but limitied dosage wont be too bad right? i hope..maybe i should call the companies they are packed from and find out..

It wouldnt be too bad. Id be guessing it would have a fair bit of sugar and possibly salt. But if you have a little bit of it then id say it would be fine.
