yoo.. im a swimmer..my whole body is built except for my abs.. i have some meat on it..but idk how to lose it dammit... i mean i burn ~1000 calories per practice..which is 3-4 times a week..and on the other days i usually run on the treadmill for an hour and lift a little. The thing is, i get extremely hungry during teh day and have to eat a lot.which obviously is a problem when trying to lose fat..in general i have a well balanced diet..but i cant get rid of this fat?? any ideas on how to help me lower my body fat? oh yeah.how do u measure it? ...thnx

basically you need to burn the excess calories that you consume and watch what you eat. And I mean really watch what you eat.
Cut out the junk, fast, and refined foods.

Make yourself a sandwhich with alot of vegies , and some lean meat.

Cottage cheese is good too.

I wouldnt go with a sandwich as it has alot of carbs even if its lowcal er brown, cottage cheese is a good slow burning protein. if ya are tryin to lean out y not try doin 25-45 mins of cardio firsthing in the morning for bout 3-5 days a week on an empty stomach as this with a few fatburning supps (ie ephedrine/caffine/asprin stack er clen) will help u to lose a few lbs fast . also diet is the key b4 anything else u have to have that in check. good luck

When used in coinjuction with ephedrine and asprin it is synergetic and helps promote weightloss , with proper dieting and cardio
