hey just a suggestion...instead of having the forum as a popup all the time, just leave it as a link!
also, heres a question:
how do you do a wallpaper or color on the profiles?

the popup on the main site for the forums wont be there permantely...

and it only should load once every 25 pages or something... if its doing it more frequently than that, then somethings up

but probably tonight ill change it to popup once per day per visitor max

It's jus simple html coding...give me a shout if you need to change your colour, font size etc :-)
