.....that they cannot digest easily, such as cooked egg whites, as opposed to the highly bioavailable proteins such as those in whole kernel wheat.
Not only is this protein not being absorbed, as every protein muncher assumes when they look at the ingredients of their protein shakes, but the excess protein deaminates in the intestine into amonia acids and other protiens and acids that candida feast upon because they were not acted upon by digestive enzymes in the small intestine.
Discuss.

the doctors that harp on protein overload are all weak or fat. they say a 250lb bodybuilder only needs 50g per day. bullshit. you can provide as much scientific gobbly gook as you want, but people are going to examine credibility. nobody who lifts weights wants to look like these doctors...they want to look like the beasts in the gym, who consume a LOT of protein.

U got any actual sci-facts to back this up ? sure whole foods a human body can only absorb up to 25-35g of protein, but p.shakes are a diff story upto 35+g

TOO MUCH ANIMAL PROTEIN CAUSES OSTEOPOROSIS
Gabe Mirkin, M.D.
What's the main cause of osteoporosis, a condition that affects every woman and most men if they live long enough? Lack of calcium or eating too much protein?
A study from the University of California, San Francisco shows that elderly women who eat lots of meat have much greater loss of hip bone density and more hip fractures than those who eat primarily vegetable protein. Societies that eat large amounts of meat have a high incidence of osteoporosis. When you take in more protein than you need, your body cannot store extra protein, so it converts protein building blocks called amino acids into organic acids that acidify the bloodstream. The kidneys neutralize the acidity by pushing large amounts of calcium into the urine.
Whether it's animal protein or vegetable protein is probably not important; it's just very hard to get too much protein from vegetable sources because they are much less dense foods. You are far more likely to take in too much protein with a diet that includes a lot of meat and dairy products than with a primarily vegetarian diet.
Lack of calcium also can cause osteoporosis, but this study shows that you may be able to prevent osteoporosis by eating large amounts of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, seeds and nuts.
A high ratio of dietary animal to vegetable protein increases the rate of bone loss and the risk of fracture in postmenopausal women. DE Sellmeyer, KL Stone, A Sebastian, SR Cummings. When people start consuming too much protein (over 2.0 g/kg/d), the extra protein can become a stressful stimulus for the kidney. This is even more of a concern as we get older and our organs are less efficient and effective.
Very high levels of dietary protein have also been correlated with increased urinary calcium excretion. The loss of calcium through urine could potentially be harmful for bone turnover, with the added risk of osteoporosis. Finally, protein requires vitamin B6 in order to be metabolized and ultimately utilized in the body. Very high levels of dietary protein increase the requirement for this B vitamin.

'
but what about whey huh? It digests real easily and fast.
Just got me some vanilla muscle milk and that shit tastes like vanilla pudding in milk. good shit.
The only problem I have with supplements nowadays is all these artificial swwetners they put in them that can be toxic. So from now on I only will but the "natural" versions of stuff, and or ones that contain natural sweetners.
