Ok this was tonights:
1 bananna
1 bag frozen strawberries
1/2 bag frozen blueberries
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 spoon honey
1 serving of protein powder (about 20 grams)
Mix it all till you get a nice consistancy... and drink :)

I really hate protien powders.
I cant stand the taste, so I do the opposite.
I put in two scoops of Isopure (50g of protien) and then fill the glass about 1/3 of the way and then chug it as fast as I can.
I used to add extra stuff but I figured the quicker I can down the shake, the better.

Believe it or not - you make this smoothie you won't taste the protein powder.

Shiva, thats not enough protein, you should be aiming for at least 30g per serving, and 3 or 4 servings per day based on your weight which i assume from your pics is over 200lbs.
Also bananas and strawberries are not a good idea.

Its about 200 even, my ideal weight is supposed to be 180, and I figure add 20-30 pounds of muscles I'll be sitting at 200-210.
I eat more protein then that, that's just in one smoothie.
