Boy, since starting my "total transformation" even when I'm being lazy I'm hungry. It's like my body has turned into a big pit for food. Anyone else feel this way? I don't want to sound like a pig, I mean its not like I ate a jillion things, but like today I had 2 sandwiches filled with meat, 1/2 a protein bar, 2 glasses of mango juice, and now shrimp, corn and a slice of bread... all since waking up at 11:30 (yes it was snowing outside and I was lazy)... and after this I'm still going to make a fruit smoothie with protein in it.

Oh yeah, I had my first coke of the week, and now I'll wait till next Saturday to have another coke.

But yeah... I'm hugry. A lot.

lol

Its probable that you are not hungry but infact thirsty, it is a well known fact that we (humans) mistake being thirsty for being hungry and eat when we dont need to, next time i suggest you have a couple of glasses of water.

To stop feeling overly hungry you should drink at least 8 to 10 large glasses of water a day and eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, plus if you drink protein shakes you wont feel hungry at all.

True about the thirst part. Scary but true. I think if a person eats watery foods, more watery foods than spongy, water absorbing foods, then thats good too. Like cucumbers and salads and veggies etc. Bread soaks up water already in the body.

I drink a lot too but I'm still hungry... I think its because my metabolism is kicking into gear after a long sleep... Mon-Fri I ran 40-60 minutes each day.
