im startin my cardio sessions tom...as i already hav a satisfactory amount of fitness, im thinkin of doin 2 hours of cardio 4 days a week...

30 mins cross trainer
30 mins bike
30 mins rower
30 mins treadmill... now i know i can do the first 3 parts ok as i used to do it no problem...but cos now im watching wat i eat i wana get rid of my excess fat i got left on m e and its so hard to get rid of it...so wat do u guys think? will it work? or is it too much??

2 Hrs is too much - you'll just lose interest and give up.

30 mins rowing is a pain in the arse too.

Just do an hour CV a day, then spend 20 minutes doing abs or something.

im workin on my abs everyday wit weights and that but im jus determined to get my fitness up n lose fat..ima start this routine on wednesday n i ll see how it goes...2hours does seem a bit much but i ll see how i feel...

It is quite a bit.

If you can really handle that workout, then go for it (make sure you keep hydrated, though).

Isnt cardio in excess harmful as compared to overexerting on musclebuilding? I heard it even fucks athletes up in the sense they have to recover from it which is costly in nutrients and the BENEFIT they get from more and more and more cardio decreases while the negatives pile up faster and faster.
