my leg is like spazaming abnoramly..and im telling u its weird as helll. the back of my leg i suppose its the calf...its like pulsating..and like the muscle is aching. it isnt terrible pain..but its aching. and then after a while is starts spazzaming..i wonder what it is..

awwwwww sallu! ill massage it with flexall for you. :hug:.... maybe u were putting lot of presure on that one leg for a long period of time, and nowthe pulsing is caused by the rapid regain of blood flow trying to get back to normal, after u shortend the circulation?
