1 chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and guacomole (bacon not necessary to losing weight I know lol).
1/2 of a BLT on a coisant with turkey in it.
7-8 steak fries.

Ok, was that too much? I was hongry lol - I had just done 40 minutes of running and 30 minutes of fast lifting. I could have done without the steak fries, I know.

Yes, you could have done without the steak and fries.
How many meals a day do you eat and are you trying to diet?
Are you taking any supplements?

Trying to stay away from supplements except for protein (whey) and protein bars for occasional supplementation when I'm realllly hungry.
I'm trying to eat 5-6 times a day. No, I didn't have steak - I had steak fries, they are the thicker variety of fries that usually come with steaks at a restaraunt.

Oh ok. Sorry I misread your post.
What time of day did you eat this meal and how many meals did you eat before hand?
Your meal did'nt look too bad. It could have been worse, but if this was a late meal you should have layed off of the steak fries and the bacon.

Well I will admit I meant to eat one more thing BEFORE the workout but I delayed the workout...
I had Oatmeal in the morning, and a smoothie in the afternoon with milk and starberries, and then was going to work out and have a nice meal. But I got busy and it took me 2-3 hours to hit the gym... so I did a total of 40 minutes of running and a really nice workout for my chest/back, and then after that went to eat. That's when I had the chicken burger, etc.
Right now snacking on a protein bar because that meal had really filled me up. Normally I'd have a nice dinner (going to try to have dinner with salad), but that chicken sandwich, etc. was technically dinner.

Thats not too bad man.
Just use your head. You seem like you know what you are doing and if you think you shouldnt be eating something, then dont eat it.
If you do end up eating another meal, make it light (in comparison to your last meal).
Rememeber also that any food that you eat after 6-7pm should especially have low-fat content. If you have a craving for junk or fast food then make sure you get eat it early in the day (but realistically you shouldnt be eating it all).

Definetely - I'm trying to totally avoid junk food except for a "cheat day" that I'll have once a week. I'm planning for a total body transformation in the next 3-4 months, going to be working hard on it.
