So what muscle group can you make bigger easily and what do you struggle with? I find it really easy to my traps (neck) and biceps bigger while i really struggle making my calf muscles bigger.

Biceps and deltiods for me...but I prefer to make them cut...I'm not into taking supplements and all that other BULLSHIT so I can be big...I like a small cut body..like Bruce Lee.... The hardest thing to cut are abs...the hardest thing to make big....dunno really

Abs are made in the kitchen. It doesnt matter how big your stomach muscles are it wont show if u have a layer of fat on top of them. And you cant target areas to lose muscle. You can only lose fat in general, and your body will choose where it gets rid of fat first.

By using more calories than you eat. Now you can either increase exercise or eat less or eat the right types of food(the dreaded diet). Or you could possibly do both.

hmm. I have the toughest time building strength in my shoulders. My long term goal is to be able to military press 225lb. Every other muscle in my body responds really well to resistance, but shoulders always kind of lag behind.

Definetely chest. But I don't give it enough credit I think - I really need to buckle down and work on it hard - which I am now doing. I have to if I want a total body transformation. I just can't use heavy weights with it, I have trouble (only my chest, too). But using less weight for now but doing them well I should be able to strengthen it slowly.
Triceps are my strongest upper body area, and my legs are strong in general.

only ways to cut out the fat on your stomach is through a combination of lots of cardio, watching your fat intake (including carbs - they have to be eaten at certain times of day- not at night, for example..) and by doing crunches (or similar)...
I would say that cutting down on fat and carb intake is number 1, followed by cardio, then crunches... Bodybuilders even go so far as to NOT drink water up to a day in advance of a competition (to eliminate any last bit of 'fill' between muscles)...but i really wouldn't advise that

If you are really interested in bodybuilding you should check out www.chadnicholls.net you will see many IFBB pros who post there regularly. They also have forums for discussing the chemical aspects of bodybuilding.Best of all its free but dont insult anyone because they do ban rude users pretty fast.
