yo sup,
remeber when we were talkin bout the fitness shit... well u told me in it that its good to take a job right after eating cause of tricking ur body and metabolism shit.. well i thought doin it since day b4 yesterday....
i do with a meduim meal ... n jog for out 20 min
ever since those i get mad cramps in da abs and gas problms.... ( the ones that hurt in da chest not farts)
i wanna know is this normal n is it only for the first few days... or somethin else...
did u have the same problms

wtf a run straight afte eating is a big no no big joe but forcing u wlf to run at set times is good.

u shud work out first and than rest adn eat ur gonna run on a full somtach ur goin up n down ur gonna puke lol

You shouldnt jog RIGHT after eating now thats bad, u have two options... eat after joggin/running (best thing to do) cuz ur metabolism is fired up and u burn calories like a fire furnace
or eat 2 hrs before running, which is not that recommended

Your metabolism is working much better after the excerise so when eating you will absorb the food better and burn if off better, plus you need the energy after your workouts.

well i read it wrong in the thread... i read u have to run right after eating..... fukin 2 days of pain for nethin
