i gain weight
i aoint bin eetin much the past couple of daiz and it lookz like i put on a few pounds
is it noraml or am i juzz weerd?
*i lost like 5 sumtin lbz in ramamdan...the month we fast in..which i found weerd 2...*

Depends if you are putting on fat or water or muscle.

ya ur fukn up ur metabolism dont do that.. just eat how u normally do and excercise :thumbrigh :p

k then u eat healthier.. where are u mostly "fat"? [im not calling u fat btw im just saying it in ur terms] lol
work on that part only.. lets say u have a fat stomach [idno if u do or dont] then u do push ups or pilattis :) or if u have fet legs [ex] then work on the treadmill :) only work out on the area u need to

im pretty average (4 houston, the most fattest city in the U.S.) buh i juzz wanna lose sum 4rm everywhere

firstly stabilize your meals in that eat at the same time everyday and i would reccomend that you eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big meals, also dont eat after 7pm in the evenings.
When you dont eat your body stores its fat, as it doesnt know when it will get its next meal!
