:mad: i have this "goal" of have toned abs and obliques by JULY ( be realistic lol) but dont know wht to do..
yea situps and eating right..
but wont that take YEARS?
i dont WANT TO LOOSE weight.... but i knw u cant just TONE one area.
SUGGESTIONS? :confused:

you look slim enough already. why do you want to be toned? you just need to have a flat stomach.

u think getting abs is a certain step by step thing, its 30x more work then u even think, so i suggest if u know ur not going to be dedicated for more then 6 months forget it.

OK you already seem slim, if thats really your pic on the av. So do about 50-100 crunches every 2 nights, or about 3 times a week. Do 3 sets of them, either sets of 20 or more or less, I actually do side crunches too where I make my right elbow touch my left leg while its in the air, sounds freakin kinky but yeah do that lol... ok you got about 5 and half months, get to it CHOP CHOP! ;)

these idiots crunches will tone ur abs... DUH in like 5 years? loll you need to burn the fat in the abdominal area, and running is the best way to do it

if u dont have abs.. then u have a high body fat.. just eat properly and dont overdo those crunches and do cardio, the flab on ur stomach is prob from no exercise.. hence 'diet belly'.. just cause its flat wont do shit lol

lose the fat & sugars in your diet, and lower that bodyfat. you'll get definition in time.

-interval and resistance training 5x a week
-run for an hour every morning (not weekends, for a break)
-revamp your diet...cut out starch, decrease bad carbs and increase your protein intake
-do pilates to build your core and strengthen your abs

i did all this when i first started to work out and it took me less than 3 months. but, you have to be super dedicated and strict with your diet and workout.

yeah simple it shudnt be that hard, every1 has abs, but are coverd with layers of fat, so your 1st aim ell be to lose the likkle bit of fat, then do various situps to help them stick out n shape them up.
n dont make the mistake of doin situps everyday because ur abs are still muscles n need the rest in order to grow. so jus do plenty of cardio before n after ur wrkouts.

anova thing is try not to do loadza situps that are meaningless, when you do em, try holdin ur stomach in n breathin out everytime ur situp. they shud be burning!

Ab Lounge 2.. costs about $100 .. well worth the money.. i got it..working pretty well for me!!
