I couldn't find the previous person who had made this thread so I will re-do it. Since there is no workout forum, there might as well be one thread dedicated to those who workout and keep fi and eat right etc etc.. ask your questions here and discuss about whatever health and fitness related.

Alot of threads have been on health and fitness of all sorts.. Ask here instead!

I can be of some assistance and I'm sure alot of people here can as well..

This is a free for all type thread, anyone asks and anyone answers..

Man, the personal trainer at my gym has devised an eating plan, he follows the same diet. Basically its eating the right amouns of protein, carbs n fats SIX times a day!! Yea SIX times a day!! thats missions!! Karma, You seem to have body fat down to a minimum?

So? eating 5 to 7 times a day is optimum to keep your metabolism going. a fire wont stay hot if it isnt constantly getting fuel.

yea well most bodybuilders eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. gettin a sixpack is fairly simple to understand, u need to 1st lose fat i.e cardio then go on to various situps

I got mine, by 1 ) abs are made in the kitchen.. its all about food and low body fat.. by that i mean cardio cardio cardio and a low fat diet!.. crunches are only 20% of the equation.. its just a catalyst.. my bf% is around 11 now but it was 8 to 9.

No shit sherlock! Its not only cardio, its all about eating the right foods at the right times along with utilising all the excess fuel you have on board(fat) at the right times, via exercise. But there's ways to and ways not to do it. But seriously, eating 6 times a day is long, i mean there's shakes etc, but wtf, are u supposed to carry a blender around with u all day??

Dude they're not big meals. I count my protein shakes as a "meal" as long as you're feeding yourself something as so your body wont get hungry.

I eat 3 main meals like breakfast lunch dinner, then I add 3 smaller snacks.

Some fruit here and there, natural peanut butter on toast, protein shakes, cup of oatmeal, tuna, cottage cheese, egg whites, etc.

Also get a shaker bottle. Put in protein, add milk or water and shake. I carry mine to classes and shit and drink them there.

Portion size right?? Portion of Protein n carb makes a meal. Gotta start testin it out.. Ma P.T is sposored by a company called EAS. The president of the company, Bill Philips has written a book, Body for life. Its quite informative, actually ima check online see if they have a website.
