The excessive eating that I do in proper and healthy proportions never makes me put on weight. Most people in today's society.. considering at least over 60% of americans are overweight to obese.. this would be a good problem wouldn't it?

If you were in my case that your metabolism is extremely high and devours every source of energy taken no matter how high the quantity.. what would you do..

1) Would you be happy being skinny and fit knowing that most people out there look at you and envy you (cause in their mind they probably look at people such as my body frame and think im lucky)

2) Should I really make an effort to put on mass as it's supposed to be so important?

3) Not care either way, I should be happy as long as I'm alive and healthy and as long as I have people that love me, putting on weight does not matter.

PLEASE dont put just the number, explain your reasoning!

I know that i need to loose weight. but it is easy to gain then to lose. And i am trying to loose and it's working..but it just takes looooooong time for that too happen. But i will prefer to be FIT not skinny. I will like to see that people don't envy me but they should learn something from it and should apply to themselves. :D

What makes you conclude that you have a "fast metabolism"? What if you just dont have the enzymes to absort what you eat. Or you could have an overgrowth of candida albicans which "devour" all the calories before your own stomach has a chance to get them from your food.

Or...you could have a tapeworm the size of a boa constrictor. :ugh:
