the gym finally opened up last week and i finally got my first all-out workouts the last two days (i was on a 9-month hiatus)... man im SOOOORE... but i love it!! i can hardly move around w/o my body hurting all over but its actually a good kinda pain... discuss

man i worked out to much on monday,
i stretched my arms on tuesday morning, i fucking busted my left bicep
i could barely move it for 30 hours haha,
too much pain aint good haha, be careful!

LOL its juss goin 2 be bad the first week... today i have cardio n abs so i have more than 48 hrs. 2 heal my lower body (monday) n upper body (tuesday)

Did you workout your legs? Try working out ur legs HARD. Next few days you will be in hell.

I haven't worked out in like 4 months..probably be another 3 weeks or so until I get back to the gym,...should be interesting...... :D

Yeh dude I got exams...I feel so damn weak...I've lost my mass and definately my tone...can any one do vertical pressups unassissted?

The most I have done unassissted is 3...I can't handstand for shit...but the last time I tried against the all which was about a year ago I managed 30

the sorness is bad, but the really irratatin thing is ur MAJOR hunger increase, i remember when i 1st started goin was ALWAYS hungry, not good, esp wen u suposd 2 hav a decnt diet.

aaaaaaAHAHAHAHHA Man I'm so lucky all i eat is SHIT! I never eat anything healthy but I'm still in pretty good shape....70% of this is eating...the rest is working out...so eat healthy people! 'cept me!:) and I'm alwaaaaaaaaaaaays hungry :dance:

Whenever you're on the bench press...do you ever roar as loud as you can? Next time you're struggling...try it...it actually does help...and grip the bar as tight as you can that also helps...sounds crazy...but it works...and I don't think its a placebo effect

yeah seriously... its in our Kinesiology notes LOL increases max by like 10 to 20 percent
