I was wondering how many people on this website are aware of an autoimmune disease called lupus

What about it? Its a disease where fucked up blood and liver and lymph system drives the body to attack its own lung surface tissue. Supposedly africans and chinese/japanese are more prone to it congenitally.

Is it just desis in desiland that are getting it increasingly or is it expatriate desis like abcds that are becoming more and more affected by lupus?

These traits will be weeded out slowly by the new generations of western desis.

What do you mean traits weeded out? This sickness is suddenly starting to increase among desis somewhere with no explanation that I have heard.

Well imo, many of these diseases and conditions that are prevalent among desis are dependent on poor nutrition, food quality, air quality, climate (high UV levels in India), etc.
Many of the conditions that are associated with desis will eventually disappear with successive generations of foriegn desis who enjoy better quality foods and what not in first-world countries, as opposed to developing and third-world countries. That is why desis who have been raised in USA/Canada are usually healthier/taller than the ones who have been raised in India.
