If you want the best taste...go with a BIG ass jar of Designer Whey Chocolate. IT TASTES SO GOOD! Damn. However, Optimum has more protein...but in my opinion: Is a 60g of protein shake worth it if it makes you hurl?...

Here's my regimen for gaining weight(mostly muscle)....
6 AM get up, clean bleh,
Breakfast-->Designer Whey Protein(2 scoops in 1 ten ounce milk(whole)
1(or 2) boiled eggs
Bowl of pasta
16 oz of Twinlab Ultra-Fuel(orange)--gives you carbs for energy
NEED CARBS TOO! Screw Atkins!
8 AM--> WORK OUT HARD..Heavy weights, try to get in as many sets as possible. The Rule is "1 body part per day"(Biceps and triceps go together)
*TRY TO FINISH WORKOUT IN LESS THAN 45 minutes!*
POSTWORKOUT
Have bottle of ISOPURE Protein(the blue one)..
Have lunch(BIG LUNCH)Try to get in like at least 1000 calories(chicken/fish)
Have bananas throughout the day/peanuts
Sip another bottle of ISOPURE throughout the day to keep your protein nitrogen levels high(so your muscles keep getting fed QUALITY protein!
Have Dinner
Eat Bananas again or something
Have 4 cups of yogurt
Call it a night.
REPEAT PROCESS OVER AND OVER
THIS IS THE DESI WAY OF GAINING WEIGHT. DESI's have tough genes when it comes to bulking(unless you're fat to begin with)

Don't fuck up your body now and pay for it in the future. As far as protein shakes being for pussies well, this aint no fuckin pind we're living in where we harvest animals and shit. Life is on the go, so protein shakes are awesome. Go ahead and drink raw eggs and milk all day long, you'll end up getting man-boobs.

Yep....I heard chopped raw liver is really good stuff too. And of course, a tablespoon of cod liver oil for more EFAs and vitamins.

Don't take too much protein at once. You wont be able to digest and might throw up or have loose motions.

I just make myself do that. I know it's supposed to be good for me but I dont eat enough during the day to meet that quota. Perhaps in the future I'll be able to do so.
I weight 135lbs and I used to do around 100g of protein at most when I worked out. It's not recommended but I just couldn't take anymore.

Nothing wrong with cholesterol. Its a very nourishing substance. Why would raw eggs give anyone man boobs? They dont have any female hormones in em.

definitely. I am on a winter break. I'll regain my work out schedule from next week. I lift quite a lot for my weight and height. I'll definitely keep at it.

relax will ya..
just go to ur local department store and grab a pack of met rx protein bars.. Believe me out of all protein supplements.. those do the job. Ive tried it personally and I have reasonable proof to show u that i have attained 80 percent of my goal.
I used to think yeah.. eating natural is the best.. dont get me wrong it IS stil the best option but you're not gonna have chicken and milk.. and egg everyday man.. stop gettin too complicated and play around with food. 2 protein bars a day is good enough along with other food. should supply you with over 100 grams of protein per day.

What I'm starting to do now that I'm working out is:
Breakfast
snack (might be a protein bar, might be someting else)
Lunch
snack
dinner
snack
Doesn't always go according to plan but that's about it... also drinking more water and not drinking cola's.
Oh yeah, and a nice big glass of chocolate milk before I go to sleep :P

Creatine cant kill you. And you cant OD because your body will just piss the excess away. Worst thing is you'll get an upset stomach, cramps, minor shit.Although it never happens to me. Dont give misinformation like that. Desis are paranoid as it is.
Also best bang for the buck whey is optimum 100% 5lb is 30 in stores dont go to GNC there it's 45. On EBAY its 20 plus shipping.
ON pro complex is the one with 60grams per serving and its expensive you dont need it.
I just started creatine again, last time I made awesome gains but I quit working out seriously for a few months so my strength is shit. We'll see how fast I get back to my best.

No man, you're thinking of nitrous which is N2O I believe.
NO2 is Nitric Oxide. Nitrogen is the most abundant gas in the body and it performs many vital functions. Supplementing with it dilates your blood vessels increasing blood to the muscles which carries more nutrients and oxygen etc. That's it's supposed benefit although I havent tried it yet.

Weight is definetely the tough area for me. I fluctuate, I've been told my ideal weight is 180 + 15-20 pounds of muscle would be nice for an even 200.
Right now I'm hovering at 200 and working out hard to get back down. The muscle building is fairly easy for me, its the burning fat which is the kicker.

ionno if i've posted here but ISOPURE is the best i believe....i've asked everyone at my gym and thats what they recommneded....a few take muscle milk for calories but thats if you really need it.
why is isopure the best?....well just look at the vitamins it has...i dont think any other whey protein drink as as much as isopure....people sfay it gets pricy but i think its well worth it

man too much protein in each serving is useless as your body cannot digest it. max amount the body can digest in each meal is around 35-40 gm of protein. anything over that is useless and is excreted. (i have read this in a fitness magazine).
as for me, it seems that my body cannot digest more than 170-175 gm of protein a day. i used to do 200 gm of protein per day and lets just say everyone around me used to be treated to the obnoxious gas emitted from my behind. around 170 gm of protein and i have no gastric problems at all.
